Doug LiffordMortgage Broker & Owner Experience CountsI have worked in the mortgage and finance industry for more than 38 years and have been a self-employed, licensed mortgage broker for more than two decades. Before becoming an independent mortgage broker and business owner, I spent 15 years in the corporate financial world. My responsibilities included managing a large broker centre, a collections team, internal audit for an extensive branch network and a small-business lending portfolio. That background gives me the experience to explain mortgage options clearly, work through challenging situations and help clients choose financing that fits their needs. |
Donna LiffordFulfilment Specialist Experience Behind Every FileDonna spent 18 years with one of British Columbia’s largest credit unions as a retail lender and was consistently among its top three lending officers by volume. Before joining the credit union, Donna worked in banking in her hometown of Terrace, BC. After taking time away from the workforce to raise our three children, she returned to the industry she knows and enjoys. Her lending knowledge, professionalism and careful attention to detail help keep mortgage applications organized and moving smoothly from application through to completion. |

We have lived in Mission for almost 40 years and raised our three children here. Following the example set by Doug’s parents, volunteering and supporting the community have always been important parts of our family life.
