Step by Step Overview   return mtg products

It may seem a little overwhelming… really its not!
All you need is 2 people working for you.. Your Broker and your Real-estate Agent!

Step 1 Get a pre-approval give us a call, this can be done in as little as 15 minutes

Step 2 Go Shopping
your Real-Estate agent will take you to see homes that fit your budget and lifestyle, they will help you to finalize the purchase. Your realtor will send us the contract to purchase, MLS, property disclosure statement etc.

Step 3 Final Approval
we will submit the deal to the lender as a “Live” deal. we will need a current job letter and paystubs or your Notice of Assessment. We will then provide any other documentation the bank needs. (as well have you sign the final commitment from the lender)

Step 4 Legal's
Within a week prior to closing the Lender will send the mortgage Instructions to your chosen Solicitor or Notary. They will then call you for an appointment to sign the mortgage documents. You will need to show them proof of home insurance and pay any balance of the downpayment still owing

Once everything is signed at the solicitor / notaries you just have to wait for possession date!
Your realtor will present you with your key on possession day and you move into your new Home!!

That’s it you are done!
